Easy to Swallow
I have recently started taking these Zinc tablets as I was only getting 5mg of zinc in my multi-vits. These are 40mg so my daily dose is now 45mg in total. Recommend daily intake is 50mg. The remainder of my daily dose will be from my daily diet. Some people have reported mild side effects but so far everything has been normal for me. Excellent product.
I used to have skin problem after eating fruits especially orange. I have been eating orange, pomegranate and cranberry juice. My skin is clear without the usual red patches around my nose. It's like a miracle. I am not sure whether my skin problem after consuming fruits will return, but for now it seems to have disappeared. I started zinc supplement ten days ago.
