It took forever for the item to ship. The seller was prompt in responding. However, once the item shipped it took forever for the tracking to update. Use DHL next time not FedEx. Also. The pics didn't show the leather crumbling and cracking at the Givenchy emblem. Would of liked closer pics of that but can't complain it was only $195.
