Item was shipped from UK to US and fell through the cracks in transit. Seller was great with fast communication and quick to offer to send a replacement or a refund. I decided on a refund and they issued it immediately. Everyone knows the postal service has its issues from time to time, and of course that risk is greater with international shipments, however, this seller is top tier.
