Item didn't arrive, asked seller for tracking details and they said they don't post with tracking 'to make it cheaper for me to buy the product' and to check where parcels are usually left at my house. The parcel was not anywhere at my house or with any of my neighbours so I asked for a refund and they refused. Not impressed! Perhaps they should start posting with tracking if they don't want bad reviews?!
