Wool is lovely pity about the service and slow delivery. This is the 2nd problem I've had 1st was my order eventually arrived. 2nd this time I ordered 24 balls of wool received 12 random quantities of colours ordered and 2 colours I didn't even order. Received 4th May remaining 12 balls.

I ordered 3 bulbs at £7.99 each, one was smashed when I collected them so I got in touch. The seller said I could have a 30% refund which was £4.68. This doesn’t cover the price of the bulb that was broken. Tried to get back in touch with seller but messages were not sending
