I'm leaving positive feedback as a kindness because I think the seller means well but is just plain careless. Doll house arrived filthy dirty, damaged and missing more pieces than mentioned in description. I expected missing parts and some clean up, but this was ridiculous. Poorly packed also. It's a miracle it wasn't destroyed in transit overseas. Requests for very reasonable partial refund ignored, messages never replied to. Seller gets positive marks for quick shipping and shipping updates.

Due to the age of the product there was always going to be issue. I'm glad the out come was beneficial to both party's and the price paid was far generous so no partial refund given. Extremely rare items in the UK and perhaps the world 2023.
