Nice communication and the seller responds quickly. When it comes to the product I feel cheated. I ordered from Germany and shipping is expensive anyway and I have to pay customs. If I had known before that this wasn't a real vintage Afghan jacket, but a jacket with fur sewn on, I would never have spent so much money on the item. Unfortunately, I am really disappointed. The seller also did not state that the fur was simply adjusted. I advise against buying, as the quality is not worth it!

Completely unfair & untrue . I sell 100s of beautiful coats with all happy customers. Description stated trims were attatched . Buyer not happy about postage costs and customs charges which are nothing to do with me . The buyer also has not mentioned they were given a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill via PayPal which I can prove . Basically buyer unfortunately wanted the item for free & because I refused they left neg . Unfortunately people like this give eBay a bad name . Unscrupulous
