The “cool setting” was NOT cool at all. It was a lower temperature than the full heat, but that “cool setting” definitely had around 20 degrees of heat. I was hoping to get at least the “room temperature” air. I told the seller that I wanted to return. They said that it would be too much loss for them if they were to cover my return shipping cost. I was not happy with the seller because they did not honour what they promised to do through eBay website. They ignored me in the end.
