Product was as described. More information on what key to look for, could have helped. Packing wss good but could be better to avoid issues due to shipping. Slightly expensive. Seller was prompt in communication related to order confirmation.

Thank you for your feedback, I am pleased to see you found the product as described, there are a lot of combinations of carriage clock keys, as I did not have the correct combination I could not advise you. I would be interested to hear how the packing could be improved ? Perhaps I need a bit more experience, you paid for tracked postage to India which was £25 including materials, I do not make any profit whatsoever on postage , I charged you less than it actually cost me.
