Very poorly packaged in a single plastic envelope with no warning that it should not be bent. As a result the sign arrived severely damaged and I had to attempt to flatten out the many numerous bends in the metal work. It was not in a good state. I advise better packaging with something to protect the sign in future and a warning that your signs are fragile because other buyers may be less tolerant than me and demand a refund or replacement. Poor service spoiled a good product.
