Went with this seller as their delivery times were apparently quicker than Amazon for the same product, even though they were more expensive.
The item wasn’t dispatched until 4 days after, despite ordering on a working day BEFORE another working day. Seller was unable to help with any of this, and then used a poor delivery service which ended up with me having to pickup my parcel away from home. Item seemed new at least, but I am unable to confirm.
