For those who have an intermediate or above level of understanding of French, this is the best compendium I've seen of Quebecois. If you want a phrase book, there is Ulysses Candian French phrase book. Speak Quebec! is good, but much shorter. Learn Canadian French by Pierre Levesque is a personal informal teaching book - I like it a lot, but it is not a conventional pedagogic type of language book. But NTC is the best for comparisons between French words and phrases in France vs Canada. Nothing beats going to Canada and talking with French Canadians. (My own experience is that they are friendly and helpful, but will generally switch to flawless English :) as soon as they hear my pronunciation in French).
