What if the bike isn’t right for me?
If you are collecting, please inform the mechanic for the reason and leave the bike. Then contact us via eBay to explain the issue. We will issue you a full refund. If you have had the bike delivered, please contact us via eBay to explain the issue. If there is no fault with the bike, you’ve just changed your mind in the first 30 days, we will issue you a full refund.
 
(Collection only) What if I arrive and there is something wrong with the bike?
Please inform the mechanic who will fix the fault there and then or arrange another collection window. If the fault cannot be rectified the mechanic will contact you and say so. You will then need to contact us through eBay for a full refund. Please note: For safety reasons we can’t issue refunds at the workshop or swap bikes. This must be done through eBay.
 
Can I just turn up to buy or collect an Ebay listed bike?
No. Please make all purchases through Ebay for your protection and arrange an appointment so the bike is set up ready to go. see our website for buying bikes in person
 
What happens if something goes wrong after I take the bike away/receive my delivery?
For your peace of mind our complete refurbished bikes have a 30 day guarantee. We will repair any fault for free, except for: • Punctures • Issues that arise from neglect or abuse. If we are unable to fix your bike we will offer a full refund upon return of the bike/component/accessory. Contact us by phone or email should a fault occur within this time.
