He is attempting to scam me by claiming that the watch was not delivered to his address, even though tracking indicates it was delivered on time, and even earlier than expected. In reality, he has left the country for a holiday and is upset that he couldn’t take the watch with him. Rest assured, eBay has been informed of this situation.
