I'm sure the buyer is wonderful, and had great intentions. Price reasonable, product new. BUT the item was not well wrapped and arrived with a broken handle. My biggest problem with this is EBAY itself. Total lack of customer service, no contact number. So this issue ...AND the FAKE Bvlgari I received at Christmas (not gold, not diamonds, total cost of over $800) is not being addressed by Ebay who's attitude is "too bad, so sad, not our problem." I've had quite enough of Ebay.

So sorry for the issue with the mug and the packaging. We try our very best to package items properly. Unfortunately we can only issue a full refund, to which we have done. We are saddened by this review and the issues you have had with Ebay itself. I'd like to make note, we are not the store that sold you the watch. Ebay stated to me that these items go through their Authentication process before reaching you. I'd recommend leaving that feedback with them directly.
