Well worth trying
So far, it's the only treatment that has worked on my cob's legs. Apply as recommended and it will gradually reduce the size and severity of the mallenders. I am continuing to apply even though the skin has now healed, hopefully will prevent a repeat of it. More economical to buy in the larger tub as quite expensive.

Well I finally gave in & bought this expensive cream, & already the results are obvious! Actually a little goes a long way. It doesn’t sting so is easy to apply.

Works well
If my cob is dry, I just brush off any mud & rub the Mallenders & Sallenders Cream into his legs most mornings & it seems to work well as he has hardly any flakes/dry skin now.
