Good product, reasonable price, case to keep handle and jack together.
Came with its carry case which does keep it together, the tubular handle parts fitting snugly in the case lid. Advised in the instruction to lubricate it, so did that. There was an O ring and a split nylon washer in a poly bag, not got a clue as to what they're for, the instructions don't mention what they are for. Mine was welded top and bottom, which I would think will give it more strength, from sideways stresses. Some pictures of the same model didn't look like they were welded.
