This has been a horrendous and costly purchase: A damaged unit that will take up highly costly time in returning it. It was advertised for bidding as being in good conction, but arrived with a damaged screen that the seller claimed she did not send in that condition. I don't know how she got 100%, and eBay won't provide money back, as far as procedures are provided by eBay.
Another unit was advertised elsewhere on eBay showing the same unit having screen splits exactly the same.

I have achieved 100% by giving service and quality to customers. If the unit in your opinion was damaged on receipt, then why did it take 10 days to flag it up? The fact that there was another unit advertised elsewhere on eBay is irrelevant, it was not my unit as mine did not have any damage.
