Updated. Lied about a clean esn, than tried to charge a 30 percent restocking fee on the phone, offered 50 dollars to try to bribe me into taking it and claimed a 30 percent restocking fee for his error will reach out to cops. Took 2 weeks to get here shipped ridiculous. Asked eBay to revise feedback but still don t have a refund, had to start a case to accept return and still waiting on a case for my refund. Stay away worst eBay transaction I ve had ever.

The item was clearly described as only working on the AT&T network and cannot be unlocked for use with other carriers. If you bought it at a discount and tried to unlock it, AT&T does not allow this. The item is meant for AT&T accounts or prepaid plans, and may not be suitable for another carrier. A restocking fee has been applied due to $89 shipping costs incurred twice. There were no undisclosed issues with the item. Thank you for your understanding.
