Hello, I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble booting into the Windows installation on your SSD. Judging by the pictures, it looks like your computer is set to boot in 'Legacy' mode when the SSDs are prepared to boot in 'UEFI' mode (unless otherwise requested at the time of ordering). I see that you haven't left any notes on your order, so the SSD was provided in 'UEFI' mode. I've sent you a message detailing how to resolve this, and hope to hear back from you soon.
