Product was wrapped carefully and shipped quickly. It was listed as "complete" but there ended up being a few pieces missing. The seller was gracious and we quickly came to a resolution. Even though I'll have to track down missing pieces, because of the customer service I'd use this seller again.

The seller also worked with me on price to offset shipping costs. I am beyond delighted with the chairs, which are replacements for a pair owned by my grandmother.
