First, they cut the price by $100, but that wasn't good enough for them. Then, their communication and responses to my questions were super fast, infomrative, and to the point. Next, they shipped the boots out to me in record time and they arrived 4 days earlier than promised. Finally, what I recieved, a perfect pair of Lucchese boots that fit to the T on my feet, was exactly as described by them and in their pictures. If you don't buy from them then you are missing out on the best sellers!
