Item was well packed, as described and posted swiftly. Sadly I missed getting these before my holidays as delivery was apparently attempted multiple times - annoyingly I was never informed digitally or via calling card so had no idea. Sorted it out eventually on my return via the tracking number (the usually reliable Royal Mail having an off week it seems). This delivery malarkey was in no way the fault of the seller and I would happily use them again.
