It is made of a dark purple silk velvet fabric, with matching color silk soutache raised braided embroidered spiral scrolling decorative trim accents. This magnificent matador style short cropped bolero jacket has an open front with no closure, long fitted tapered sleeves and is fully lined in a dark purple silk fabric with white cotton sleeve lining, underarm padding. The jacket measures 17 inches long, with a 36 inch bust, 28 inch waist, 21 inch long sleeves and 11 inch back. It is in excellent condition. This is truly a wonderful piece of antique Victoriana wearable art.”
