I eventually got it by changing the delivery options on the EVRI website to collect from parcelshop rather than delivery to my home which seemed to kick them into gear! I was then offered a 15% discount to keep it and close my dispute. After many messages seller said he would send a replacement new camera as ordered, seller then refunded my money and still has same camera for sale. The seller has multiple shop names on ebay selling the same item all at different prices. also failed to own their mistake. AVOID!

Good quality, reasonable price.
Good quality. Decent material used. Video quality is good enough to recognise number plate of other cars. WIFI works well. Downside: Default setting for auto power off is OFF which may drain the car battery. Has to change the setting to prevent record all the time.

Not able to read number plates, image is extremely foggy. Waste of money!!!! I have to claim on my own insurance because of a hit and run driver!!! The most useless camera you can ever buy!! DON'T !

Initial set up is easy to do and theres also an app on your phone you can use to set up the cam and also view/ take video, pictures and download them to your phone or save them to the Dash cam memory card. The quality of the cables and the accessories that come with it is worth the money you pay. This Toguard dash cam gives you "Peace of Mind".
I have had dash cams for many years. They provide 'Peace of Mind' Should something happen it's on camera. I have had cheap ones and over priced ones. I have had ones that work and ones that don't. One thing I have learned above all is that the price means nothing. It has to work on that one day you really need it. It's dependability is where you save money. I found it easy to set up and the picture resolution is surprisingly good for a camera this low priced. The fact it has WIFI is an added bonus. I use a 16gb micro sd card with 3 minutes recording intervals. Each recording overlaps the previous one a little so you don't miss anything. I have not tried the motion sensor as I have no need for it or the park guard. Both of these might drain the battery so consider hard wiring the ... I have had dash cams for many years. Here is why I have a dash cam and glad I have one that really works well. Last month not long after I installed this Toguard dash cam I was stationary on a small hill leading to a junction. My handbrake was on, I was sitting there minding my own business when the van in front started to roll back toward me. It kept coming, I sounded my horn, it still rolled back and BANG, it hit the front of my car and pushed in the bonnet. To cut a very long story short without my dash cam footage the other driver could have said that I drove into him! It cost him hundreds of pounds in repairs and a hire vehicle . It cost me nothing. That £30 was the best investment I have ever made. So when asked to I recommend the Toguard dash cam. Heck YESSSSS!
