Beware. The Keencut Excalibur is missing its glass/board/acrylic cutting head. A far cry from ‘needs setting up and new blades’ as seller’s message said - see screenshot of message attached. I drove 300 miles for this incomplete junk.

We tried to describe the Excalabur as best as we could it needed setting up and work. We were NOT asked about the cutting head. All the images were there. If it had we wouldnt have been asking £199 for it. We would have asked £899. So based on this I dont think we are at fault. It was cheep for the reasons explained. Also the buyer didnt go out of his way to collect. He was coming to Yorkshire for a funeral. We also stored the machine for three weeks until it was convenient for him.
