Received badly scratched disc and when I contacted customer I was told I would have to pay £3.40 to return it! Very bad customer service :(

Buyer opened a return because they "didn't like it". When they discovered that they would have to pay for the return, they changed their mind and then said that the "disc was faulty". Buyer then cancelled return.
