RECEIVED THE SHIRT WITH YELLOW STAINS AROUND THE COLLAR. CONTACTED THE SELLER AND THEY WERE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. COULD NOT RETURN IT AND SAID SHOULD HAVE LOOKED AT PHOTOS BETTER. ALL I WANTED WAS TO RETURN IT FOR A REFUND AS THE STAINS WERE NOT MENTIONED. HAD TO GO THROUGH EBAY TO GET A REFUND. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

The eBay decision is that I am not found at fault. I am not required by eBay to return the item to the buyer or to refund the buyer. The first and second photos in the original listing have shown the condition of the collar. The second and third photos showed the overall condition of the shirt which is good without any holes or broken parts. The photos formed part of the description. The buyer also asked for an offer with a reduced price which was accepted.
