Due to EVRI it did not arrive and I had to report it. I eventually got it by changing the delivery options on the EVRI website to collect from parcelshop rather than delivery to my home which seemed to kick them into gear! Seller communication was good and item arrived with everything you could need in the box, excellent value. Still to properly test the longevity of the carplay connection but it all works great so far. Lost connection a couple times but in a low signal area so we’ll see

Bought a new camera and a dirty scratched used camera arrived, when powered up it did not work so clearly been sent back and then sent to me. I was then offered a 15% discount to keep it and close my dispute. After many messages seller said he would send a replacement new camera as ordered, seller then refunded my money and still has same camera for sale. The seller has multiple shop names on ebay selling the same item all at different prices. also failed to own their mistake. AVOID!
