Listed as new other. When I messaged I was assured it was new in box so I bid, won. Dent on, grease in drawer, filaments used, clearly not new. To avoid negative feedback I asked for a replacement but no more available so asked for another of the same value when bought new. I was then told ‘Shame on you’ for asking for a replacement of similar value when new. On auction sites, bids go sometimes higher, sometimes lower than the seller would like so asking for a like for like is not unreasonable.

I’ve explained everything to buyer and offer return and refund straight away. He agree. Then after few hours he find on my listing other air fryer and wish this one as replacement, item he bought was worth £41 when second is listed for £79 almost twice more expensive. After I refuse and send him return label he give me negative comment.
