Communication from seller was great, however there was not enough protection around the stand and it got broken in transit. The box was badly damaged on delivery, so I'm guessing other heavy items had been put on top of it.

Item was in better condition than I had imagined. Looked almost brand new. Seller was patient as we tried to sort out why the radio had not been delivered and where it had gone . It seems that the courier had imagined he was in dispute with our institution and was refusing to deliver any items whilst making up reasons why they couldn't be delivered. After 2 months plus it was eventually settled.
