Good value but needs to catch up on maps that are5 years out of date
The unit is fine!! BUT unfortunatly, Garmin have still not got uptown date, on their maps??yes the maps work in general! and again they are several years behind, in many towns, ours included, yes there is a huge change in towns due to new development, this unit is generally better than its earlier counter parts, it still gets right and left wrong on about 40% of the time, which can be annoying?but can be worked around. Generally yes it is a very helpful item, and good value.The unit is fine!! It'll do
Had to download maps which turned out to be a real hassle. Not as good quality as my last Garmin which was 8 years old (unfortunately stolen) bought this one based on how good I thought that one was. The graphics aren't as good just don't appear as crisp. For the price I would say, okay but the quality isn't the same.
