As a UK & AUS licensed electrician, I can confirm these are dangerous & definitely don't conform to any recognised Western electrical code. On my first attempt (using soldered 1mm flex), the flimsy connector / conductor block just fell apart and exposed the terminals.
I will dispose of these & chalk-it up to experience. Be very careful with your Public Liability insurance, these could electrocute or catch fire!
