Only 1 shoe photo in auction. On delivery shoe not pictured is damaged to heel making unwearable (photos attached). As shoe wasn't pictured in auction unsure if damage there beforehand or happened due to seller sending shoes in flimsy mailing bag instead of box. Either way I open a return & awaited label. Seller refunded & I messaged to say I can return when label sent. Seller ignored then left me f/back calling me a thief! I wouldn't have left any f/back for them until then! Bad experience.

I am so sorry to hear this I sent you the extra pair incase you had some use for them as they were not authentic and could not list.. However if the pair you purchased were not wearable i would never expect you to pay for them. Request a refund and I will authorise it so you are not out of pocket 😢

I have already tried to return the faulty pair (received only one pair of shoes, no spare pair so not sure if you are confusing me with someone else?). I am still awaiting postage label/funds to return them to you, I will hold on for 2 more weeks (until 10/05/24) to give you more time to either send a label to return them or arrange a collection & then I will dispose of them as I've waited 6 weeks now with no contact from you or reply to my messages asides from the poor feedback you left me.
