Big eyes is a brilliant film of the life of Margaret Keane, an artist who for many years suffered in silence while her husband took credit and gained fame for her paintings, passing them off as his own. He had never painted at all. He was a complete liar. The film is made by Tim Burton and her part is brilliantly portrayed by Amy Adams. All the parts are brilliantly acted and it is a quite true to life depiction. The end scenes in a courtroom are amazing and really amusing. Margaret Keane has a cameo in the film. Look out for her sitting on a park bench reading. I cannot praise this film enough. Watch it. It will be far more interesting and brilliant than you expect. Also google Margaret Keane and read about her life. She is a fascinating character. Buy this film. You will watch it more than once as I have.
