    Jolson

    There are some films you can watch more than once. The Jolson Sory and Jolson Sings Again are two films I have seen many times. The first time I saw them was 60 years ago. I used to sing the songs as I was walking to school. That's how good they are. Yes, I also loved the Beatles, the Stones, and the Beach Boys. If you don't listen to hits from before you were born, you're missing out on a cornucopia of entertainment; some of my children, like Al Jolson. He died 11 years before I was born and was one of the biggest stars for fifty years. Everyone loved him, black, white, yellow, and brown.

    I enjoyed this film very much,I had seen it before,the quality was excellent,it bought back happy memories,it is one more for my collection,well recommended for the not so young or for people that likes a good story line and of course Al Jolson and his music.many thanks to Ebay and pc.

    It's a really good film about the worlds greatest entertainer, it's a film I always enjoy watching. As for Jolson,s Sings Again. I never thought it was as good but if you have watched the first it's a must, To know the full story of his life. All together two films you will always remember. A Great couple of films.

    Oh how they are missed

    First films of Jolson being played by Larry Parks. The songs. A great entraîner. I have memory problems but still know the words to Anniversary Waltz. If no one around. First karaoke.
