Never received the stamps. Show the seller documentation from USPS that it was lost but still refused to refund. Filed a claim with Ebay and he/she continued to file that they should be paid. Had to take it up with Paypal and they clearly sided with me and was able to get refund. I would stay away from this seller and gave them every opportunity to make it right before this post. Look at my feedback as both a honest buyer and seller.

Dear Sir, it was registered letter and tracking system showed that the letter was in transfer. It finally came back to me weeks after eBay decided to refund. It has a yellow stick where you can read: "RETURN TO SENDER. NOT DELIVERABLE AS ADDRESSED UNABLE TO FORWARD". I don't know why it happened because I print addresses from eBay. I hope it will not happen to you again from any other seller.
