It was NOT factory sealed, and the cd itself has scratches and fingerprints all over it!! I contacted the seller regarding this , they offered to refund me for the price of this cd, I still yet have NOT got the refund!! FALSE ADVERTISING from this seller!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!!
