Once arrived the package had been ripped open and tightly taped up by royal mail. The canvas was all crumpled. Sent pictures to seller and asked him if he can send replacement but I got told to put books on top of it to make it flat. 48 hours later it's still crumpled up. Won't replace or won't refund. I had to order another one from elsewhere.
