a neat compact item. A good point is that it is a sealed unit so no batteries to relpace during it's active life. It is recommended by which magazine. I hope I don't have to test its effectiveness with a gas leak.

the only problem with this product is that there is no base plate, for the home it is perfect, you can place it anywhere in the house, but unfortunately mine is for my static caravan and health and safety rules apply for the insurance purposes as it states it must be fitted to the roof in a prominent position, without a back plate to fix to the roof it is not suitable, but it is still a good item
