Item arrived in condition that I was not happy with. I let the seller know and He offered a replacement. We talked in email where he offered to bundle it with another Item. Unfortunately I am not a collector and didn't need any of the items he offered and was just after a solid camp knife. He understood and sent pictures of the replacement and then sent it. The item arrived damaged again, but I am confident it happened in transit. He is easy to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from him.
