I did ask for the package to be sent later in the week as I was going away but sadly it was not deferred and Royal Mail left it outside, after I had changed the delivery date to the end of the week or with a neighbour, which they accepted/confirmed but did not adhere to.
The parcel was packed well and although the outside was rather soggy, thankfuly, the inside was packed well enough to protect the figure.
It is quite a lovely item and I am very pleased with quality, price and excellent packing.
