Unfortunately my mirror arrived shattered, however the team was very understanding and helpful during this process. They sent a completely new one with no cost to me and it arrived in 2 days. They even allowed me to keep the broken one in case I could use any parts that were still in it. Even though there was no fault to them as there was great packaging done to prevent this from happening, it can’t always work. Overall amazing mirror and amazing people!! BUY FROM HERE!!!!
