Es tut mir sehr leid, dass Sie mit der Lieferung unzufrieden waren und dass die Ware beschädigt angekommen ist. Ihr Antrag auf Rückerstattung der Hälfte des Kaufpreises konnte nicht zu Ihren Gunsten bearbeitet werden, da Sie das Gerät nach Feststellung der Schäden geöffnet haben, wodurch die DHL-Versicherung nicht genutzt werden konnte. Bitte täuschen Sie niemanden. Wir sind auf Sie zugekommen und haben die Versandkosten erstattet.
