Bag sent quickly and was big enough for what I needed but the right-hand side of the bottom compartment zip was broken - sometimes it looked ok and sometimes there was a gap of about an inch high and wide between the teeth of the zip, so I returned it and asked for a refund. The seller was polite and helpful and gave me a full refund even though I couldn't print out the QR code nor show it at the post office for them to scan it. Other sellers could do well to learn from this seller. Thank you.

    Wonderful all rounder of a pan

    Superb pan, easy to clean, I've fried steak, eggs, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes etc etc. poached eggs in it, even boiled veg in it. Always comes clean without a struggle. Just remember that the handles get hot.

    Not good enough

    Lovely looking, solid pan. Cooks well and leaves the sought after, well defined griddled marks on meats & veg BUT sadly I didn't find the non stick great. The pan needed soaking and scouring to remove debris. I was advised to heat pan before oiling & cooking, which is ok, but being told to leave food in the pan until it reaches room temperature to avoid debris, is rediculous.
