I purchased this and it arrived a month ago, shattered into a bunch of pieces. Of course it was antique and one of a kind. It was packed poorly and the day it arrived I immediately sent photos and a note and email to the seller. I have written several times with no response or resolution. It’s really unfortunate. While I recognize the seller didn’t break the piece, it’s the lack of response, and lack of contact, and no refund or resolution that is the problem.

Unfortunately the seller didn’t let me know in advance that they were out of town or back in town to ship my package, tried contacting them multiple times and still no answer. I never got my package and it never shipped out.
