Although this item was broken in transit,now I have contacted the seller, they are going to issue a refund. (Accidents happen!) Not the outcome either of us wanted, but I’ve no doubt the seller will sort it out.

Hi, This is highly unfair.. We messaged you immediately to explain we work part time and the refund would be as soon as possible this week. I am about to refund as the item arrived broken to find this negative feedback. The refund when done, will have taken only 3 working days which, given the status above and the fact that the damage and any delay in arrival was as a direct result of the courier and not ourselves.
We feel that you should amend your feedback to reflect the truth.
