I'm afraid my experience with this seller is not good so far. I ordered a blouse which went well enough, but when it arrived, I decided it was too sheer for my taste. I contacted the seller, Kay, and she agreed to exchange it and asked me to send it to an address in Liverpool, which I did. I tracked the parcel via Royal Mail and she received it a few days later - I have proof of this. Since then, I have been messaging Kay, every day for more than a week now, but she is ignoring me!! Not nice!!

I'm afraid my experience with this buyer is bad. I haven't been ignoring this buyer as he is blocked. I have a policy of blocking people who clearly don't read the description so I don't have a repeat. "Sheer" is in the title "sheer" is in the first line of the description and "like net curtains" is also in the description. If this wasn't enough the photos clearly show a very very sheer blouse. Now claims to have sent it back then opened a case. If he is a scammer he's not a very bright one.
