The seller wrote that the coffee machine was new. I cannot change my comment, apart from the fact that it was dirty and showed signs of use, it was dented. I wrote to the seller about it and sent photos, he apologized but he did not reply to me about the dent.

We have to test the coffee machines before selling them. Even though we clean them out, coffee and water remains in the system which escapes during transit. You could have approached us about it for a resolution before leaving negative feedback.
