Fantastic book, good source of information & fun to read.
I bought this book for my niece, who is just starting out in her gardening adventure. I already have a copy of this book which I've had for years & always find it a great source of information & fun to read. I was always a big fan of Geoff Hamilton who in my opinion was one of the last real gardeners, his common sense approach & attitude to gardening always made everything so easy & obtainable, usually without costing a fortune. Its a great buy & I would highly recommend it.I bought this book for my niece, who is just starting out in her gardening adventure. it does what it says on the can.
Geoff Hamilton is probably the leading light in organic gardening in the 1980s, starting a revolution in reducing the use of chemicals in private gardens [for those who want to get involved]. too many chemical deterrents in Garden Centres.
